Ideal Position

My ideal position would be permanent and involve around 30% high quality design & site architecture, 30% coding and 40% conversion development. I would have full control over managing the usability and conversion architecture of the site. The company would be a large well known multi-national, which appreciates the importance of company branding and expects nothing but the best from all its staff, rewarding them well for their commitment. The company would be commited to staff development, and offer promotion opportunities to the gifted and training to develop expertise.
